3. Resume chewing when the intensity of these sensations decreases, and continue this cycle of "park and chew" for approximately 30 minutes or until the peppery taste and tingling sensation subside completely.

Remember, take it easy – avoid chewing too fast or using multiple pieces simultaneously. Start by using the gum as needed whenever cravings strike, ensuring that it does not exceed the recommended dosage.
