How it works
Getting started with our Subscribe & Save program is simple. Just follow these easy steps:
- Visit the product page of your ideal NRT.
- Select "Subscribe & Save" and choose your preferred reorder frequency from the drop-down menu.
- Add both subscription and one-time purchase items to your cart as needed.
- During checkout, select your preferred payment method and shipping address. Your billing preferences will be saved for future orders to streamline the process.
- You can easily manage all your subscriptions from your KEA Health account. To make changes, navigate to 'Find My Subscriptions. '

Please note that the price at the time of renewal will determine the cost of each subsequent order. Don’t worry; the subscription discount will be applied before the charge.
Managing Your Subscriptions
Keeping track of your subscriptions is simple. Here's how you can customize and manage your subscriptions without breaking a sweat:
Placing a new order
When it's time to renew your subscription, select "Place New Order." You can choose to either "Place Order Now" to keep your existing delivery schedule or "Place Order and Reset Schedule" to start a new cycle.
Pause or Cancel
If you need to take a break from your subscription, select "Pause My Subscription" to halt it temporarily. Alternatively, click "Cancel" to end it. Remember, you can reactivate a paused or canceled subscription anytime through your account.
Add or remove items
Adjusting your subscription is a cinch. Click "Edit" next to the items list in your Subscriptions Portal to add or remove products for your upcoming orders. You have the flexibility to include items as either one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions.
Update Billing Information
Ensure your payment details are current by clicking "Edit" next to your payment method. A secure link will be sent to your email for added security to make necessary changes.
Modify Shipping Details
Need to change your shipping address? No problem. Simply select "Edit" next to the shipping details to update where your future subscription orders will be delivered.
